Brajesh Sarathe ’s journey is a shining example of how dedication and not-giving up shapes the future of hairdressing. At the Eurasia ABMU Golden Cup 2025 in Yerevan, Armenia, he earned third place in the Salon Look Woman category.
Brajesh credits the transformative experience of international competition and training in Kazakhstan for elevating his expertise. “Kazakhstan taught us the importance of teamwork, discipline, and following rules. We saw the incredible variety of color work from other countries and pushed ourselves to grow. Now, my salon’s have reached new heights, thanks to what I learned with CMC CAT India,” he shares.
With over 15-20 years of experience, Brajesh continuously upgrades his skills and instills those lessons in his students. His philosophy centers on teamwork: “The winning countries all focused on their teams. I emphasize that in my salon and academy along with the fact that your work represents your country. When attending competitions or seminars, absorb as much knowledge as you can and bring it back to grow your business.”

Brajesh’s award-winning look at the Golden Cup was carefully crafted after trying 15-20 color combinations before settling on a striking blend of blue and pink. His haircut showcased a modern bob style tailored for straight hair, featuring an inverted bob, creating the illusion of two haircuts in one cohesive, stylish look. This delicate balance of creativity and precision impressed judges and audiences alike.
