His international journey, highlighted by accolades at the Eurasia ABMU Golden Cup 2025 where he won second place in Avant Garde & their place in Creative Salon Look.
Despite his decades of mastery, Sandeep’s competitive fire was reignited by CMC CAT India’s training and the team’s international training in Kazakhstan. There, he was struck by the difference in execution. “In India, we’re known for hard work. But what set the international field apart was their approach to creativity and technicality. It was something we had never seen—right down to how you stand, how you move a blow dryer, how you alter your technique to hair type and texture,” he recalls. These small refinements, he points out, make a world of difference in final results.

Sandeep, at the Eurasia competition drew inspiration from the delicate orchid flower for his Creative Salon Look, pastel hues blended masterfully for subtle yet sophisticated effect. For his Avant Garde category, he went for geometric shapes, bringing a futuristic twist in his look.
Saandeep’s journey from Mumbai salon artist to award-winning global educator is also a story of mentorship and giving back.
